We are committed to delivering orders quickly and efficiently while providing the best paw-sible service. Below, you’ll find important details about our fulfillment process, including order processing times and transit & delivery estimates.

Order Processing Time

Processing time (prior to shipping) depends on the shipping destination and the selected shipping method (Standard or Expedited).

Standard Shipping (United States & International): 

  • Orders are processed within 3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).

Expedited Shipping (U.S. Only – 48 Contiguous States)

  • Expedited shipping options include 2-Day or Next-Day Delivery.
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) by 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST: Ship the same day
  • Orders placed Monday through Friday after 12:00 PM PST / 3:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays: Ship the next business day


Transit & Delivery Time

Once your order is shipped, transit times will vary based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Domestic (U.S. & U.S. Territories)

  • Standard Shipping: 
    • Typically delivered within 10 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after shipping.
    • Orders to U.S. territories or locations outside the 48 contiguous states (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico) may take longer.
    • Carriers vary by order and may include DHL (final delivery by USPS), USPS, or FedEx.
  • 2-Day Air: 
    • Delivered within 2 days (Mon–Sat, excluding holidays) after shipping.
    • No delivery on Sundays.
    • Ships via FedEx.
  • Next Day Air: 
    • Delivered the next business day (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) after shipping.
    • No Saturday or Sunday delivery.
    • Ships via FedEx.


International: Duties & Taxes Paid (DDP)

Available for orders shipping to Canada, Australia, United Kingdom, New Zealand that do not contain restricted items.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 14 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays), after the order is shipped.
  • Premium Shipping: Delivery typically occurs within 10 business days (Mon-Fri, excluding holidays), after the order is shipped.''

⚠️ Orders containing pet health items are not eligible for DDP shipping. These ship under DDU (see below).



International: Duties & Taxes Unpaid (DDU)

Applies to all other international countries or orders containing restricted items.

  • Standard Shipping:  Delivery typically occurs within 4 weeks after the order is shipped.
  • Duties and taxes are due upon receipt
  • Delivery made by local postal service.
  • Expedited service options are not available.


Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This allows you to follow your package’s journey from our warehouse to your doorstep.
